Botanical Water Colors

Winter got you down? Then think “spring” and join art instructor Regina Halliday as she shows us even begineers can paint a beautiful floral.  She will be doing Echinacea with leaves and grass on watercolor paper suitable for framing.  She also gives out color wheels and instructs on their use in selecting the appropriate tones.  All supplies are included and are yours to take home.
